Midnight Mystery Quilt

72 x 96

This is my finished Midnight Mystery Quilt from the Meadow Mist Quilt-a-long.  I decided to make it bigger after I finished my original squares.  It only took 3 more full blocks to make this big enough for a twin bed.  It is for sale in my Etsy shop.

There are 4 different purple fabrics, 3 orange, and 3 teal.  A simple overall meander and teal zig zag binding finished this quilt off nicely.

For the back I had a large piece of teal with white flowers.  Just didn't quite have enough for the whole thing!

Thank you Cheryl for hosting an awesome quilt-a-long!

  2. Absolutely gorgeous! I am totally afraid of mysteries. I always want to know what a quilt will look like before I make it.

  3. I downloaded these patterns but haven't made the quilt yet. I love your version and will definitely try to get to making this pattern someday.

  4. Wow. I hadn't realized the scale of the blocks until I saw it on the bed. It turned out really well.
