Blogger's Quilt Festival - Rainbow Bargello

It's time for the Blogger's Quilt Festival!  I am entering my Rainbow Bargello quilt into the ROYGBIV Quilt Category. This is a twin sized quilt.

It's make from all Kona Cotton solids - 44 different colors.  I quilted it with a gray thread in a meandering pattern.  It has such great texture and vibrant color!

For the back I used a black and white crosshatch that appears gray.  I added a rainbow strip to the back just because I can!  I love to piece my backs even if it is a little more work.

I hope you'll stop by Amy's Creative Side to view all the quilts in the different categories of the Blogger's Quilt Festival!

  5. Stunning. It must look great on the bed. (I love that first shot with three hands on top, and two little feet underneath.)

  8. Honestly, Bargello quilts, rainbows quilts, and stippled quilting are so not my things, but this project has the potential to change that! Love it!
