The Yellow and Gray Continues...

36 x 40

Quilt number 3 in the yellow and gray series is this cute baby quilt.  I like that this one doesn't have a border and I got to use my Accuquilt HST die to cut the pieces.

There are 3 yellows and three gray put with Kona white.  I love the little black birds on the white tress.  They peak out here and there.

But the time I got to finishing this quilt, I was running low on large pieces of yellow and gray.  So 2 of these fabrics aren't even in the front.  But I think they work for the back.

One more to go with these fabrics.  The next one is made from scraps, but it isn't next on my to do list.  I have the top all laid out and ready to sew.  Hopefully I get to it soon!

  3. This is beautiful. My daughter would love a quilt like this! Her bathroom is all yellow and grays. I was wondering how you like your Accuquilt. I have been thinking about getting one. Would love to hear an honest opinion from a current owner.

  7. Such a sweet color combo and I love your layout. Did you have to square-up your blocks when you cut them out with the die cut machine?
