Here's a super cute baby quilt! I've had these zig zag prints sitting in a pile just waiting to be made into a quilt. Actually I tried to put these with some polka dots, but it was way too busy. Since the squares were already cut, I had to use them. To reduce the business, I added the 1 inch sashing.
I didn't have any cute prints in my stash so I put the zig zag on the back too. But, as you can see above, the prints weren't straight. I didn't have that much fabric so I didn't want to straighten them.
It's the back, so it doesn't matter that much right?
Looks better in this picture!
This quilt is for sale in my Etsy shop.
Cute!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun, fast and bright quilt!
ReplyDeleteGreat baby quilt and it's reversible!
ReplyDeleteAdorable! Great way to use this type of fabrics.
ReplyDeleteSuper way to use the chevrons! I think the backing looks fine.
ReplyDeleteI love it. I have often seen the chevron fabric and love it but just didn't know how I would use it. I think you did a lovely job of it!
ReplyDeleteDarling! This really is a two-sided quilt. What a great use for the bold fabric. And the wonky chevrons are just fine with the white sashing.
