While I really like the multi-fabric version above, you can also make a 2 color version like this one below:
I've been testing patterns for a few years now, but I've found that I also enjoyed the pattern writing process. I hope to be able to write more patterns this year. Thanks Myra for all your help getting this first one finished! You can find my pattern shop here.

Shannon I just downloaded this pattern. I have a couple of baby quilts that need to be made in the next few months and this is perfect. I can also see it made into a stadium quilt using school colors. I love it and wish you much success with your pattern writing.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your first pattern release! It looks like a lot of fun. I like both versions, but the two color one is really graphic which I really like. Thanks for linking to MCM, and lots of luck on your new venture!
ReplyDeleteBoth are neat - I really like the colors on the first one. Pretty pattern.
ReplyDeleteHello! I rescued a stash of fabric a few years ago. It had several yards of coordinating fabric, navy and white flowers the other piece has a white background with navy flowers, so obviously needed a two fabric pattern. A young lady who attends our church is getting ready to go to college in Iowa and I was looking for a pattern to use that fabric. I saw your pattern and decided that it was just the inspiration I needed. I've bought your pattern because I want to support your designing. I have used dies to cut the quilt pieces instead of strip piecing because I can't use a rotary cutter with much accuracy. The quilt is beautiful, so thank you for the idea. May you experience blessings!
