Can I just say I LOVE this quilt! Great idea, Roseanne, to host the Regatta Sew Along! I decided to do some custom quilting on this one. I do love row quilting. There is something therapeutic about the repetitive motion. You can find the free pattern at Block M Quilts.

I'd say I am half and half, modern and traditional. Your Regatta is gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteYour Regatta quilt is so lovely and calm, great color choices. Don't you love it when you have the perfect backing in your stash. The quilting is lovely and perfect. You are becoming quite a pattern writer!
ReplyDeleteI love the quilting on your Regatta quilt! It's such a happy quilt.
ReplyDeleteSHANNON!
ReplyDeleteThey turned out so great!! Don't you just love how you quilted them?! I'll bet they feel oh so good. You are making me want to make another so that I can quilt one like this and the other with little ~~~~~ waves. I love your pattern, too. I think I might NEED your new pattern regardless of whether I win or not. Is it in your Etsy shop? I don't see a link, but I'll check around. I'm SURE I can find it. I love your two versions - I can't decide which one I like most. I'm not a purple fan, but it sure is nice. ~smile~ Roseanne
Links are now added for the pattern shop. Thanks Roseanne!

ReplyDeleteLove the variety of look this pattern achieves. Looks like it would be a great "go to" quilt especially for the charity quilts I make.
ReplyDeleteI can not believe how different your pattern looks by just changing the fabric. Fantastic
ReplyDeleteLove the color palette of your Regatta quilt and the quilting. Double Up looks so different in the solids.
